Hi, I’m Bri! I’m a Therapist here at ROAN. I work primarily with kids, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges. My approach is warm, welcoming, and a little humorous—I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves without any pressure to be “perfect.”
At the heart of my work is empathy. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they move forward in their journey.

Hi, I’m Hilary! I’m a Therapist at ROAN with over 25 years of experience in social work. I love getting to know my clients, helping them discover the path that feels right for them, and walking alongside them each step of the way in a supportive, cozy environment that includes time outside and with art!
Fun fact: I’ve been a vegetarian for 37 years and can recite all 23 helping verbs by heart!

Hi, I’m Janetsa! I’m a Therapist at ROAN who is passionate about creating a safe, empowering space where children, teens, and adults can explore challenges and discover their strengths. I take a collaborative, supportive approach and provide services in both English and Spanish to better connect with families.
Fun fact: I recently joined a book club and also enjoy podcasts, true-crime documentaries, and reality TV binges!

Kejal Patel, MA
Hi, I’m Kejal! I’m a Therapist at ROAN with a background in both Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Psychology, bringing a holistic approach to supporting adolescents, adults, and couples. I’m Gottman trained, skilled in CBT, and fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds in a welcoming, inclusive space.
Fun fact: I love exploring new ways to combine science and psychology to help clients grow and thrive!

Hi, I’m Mary! I’m a Therapist at ROAN with experience working with children through Applied Behavior Analysis, and I’m passionate about helping clients of all ages navigate depression, anxiety, and PTSD using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT. I create a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and grow.
Fun fact: I love finding ways to help people achieve happiness and well-being in their everyday lives!

Marissa Gardner, LCSW
Hi, I’m Marissa! I’m ROAN’s Clinical Team Leader and a Therapist with experience supporting children, adults, and families through challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and family transitions. I take a person-centered, compassionate approach, using evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
Fun fact: I’m a wife, mother, cat mom to Lola and Niles, and I love reading mysteries, baking, and hiking!

Hi, I’m Wes! I’m a Therapist at ROAN with over a decade of experience working with children and teens. I use trauma-informed approaches like TF-CBT to help clients navigate depression, anxiety, and trauma, always honoring their stories and creating a safe, supportive space. I provide services in both English and Spanish.
Fun fact: I’m a husband, father, husky owner, and singer-songwriter who loves playing guitar, writing songs, and eating a lot of salsa!

Hi, I’m Zehra! I’m a Therapist at ROAN with 15 years of experience supporting diverse populations, including college students, adults, and international clients. I take a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to help clients overcome challenges and build strength, healing, and peace. I provide services in English, Urdu, and Hindi.
Fun fact: I’m a parent of three who loves reading, yoga, traveling, and spending time in nature!
